Prawn Fry

Ingredients (Serves 1-2 people) :

  1. Prawns - 250gms
  2. Chilly Powder – 1 ½ tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder – ¾ tsp
  4. Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
  5. Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  6. Oil – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – As required
  8. Juice of lemon – 1 tsp

 

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients(1-8) and marinate it for min 2hrs.
  2. Fry in it oil.
  3. Garnish with curry leaves. Serve hot.
