Ingredients (Serves 1-2 people) :
- Prawns - 250gms
- Chilly Powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder – ¾ tsp
- Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt – As required
- Juice of lemon – 1 tsp
Preparation :
- In a bowl mix all ingredients(1-8) and marinate it for min 2hrs.
- Fry in it oil.
- Garnish with curry leaves. Serve hot.
